ETL Refresh Diagnosis & Repair

 


ETL Refresh Wizard Shows No Tables / Empty Configuration

Please be sure that there's no dataself.exe or dsrefresh.exe running in parallel. This issue may appear when the auto refresh (dsrefresh.exe) hangs and prevents the ETL form reading the Refresh Wizard configuration.


Check that SERVICES are started

The following services should be running (set to Automatic starting), with a log on user with network rights. The SQL services’ logons and settings can be maintained in the Start Programs > Admininstrative Tools > Services screen. (Analysis Services is only for installations that are using SSAS Cubes.)
